Firstly get a proper template. Secondly, the place the UbiSoft logo all the way to the right like the PEGI logo. People only put logos in the middle if 2 dev logos are in on a box like Rockstar Games and Rockstar North for example. And, it's verrrrrrry plain! Instead of the red, do a silver-metallic color and edit it a little bit to fit that color so you got a Special/Collector's Edition boxart.

well the template has some cutting issues, the ubisoft should be smaller and place somewhere else, not a big fan of the smudgy people, =/
