Its a nice idea. I can honestly say I do not know any of the characters names on the box lol.
The Nintendo logo should be filled in white though. and the 'I' in the ESRB logo should be titled the other direction.

#2, Agreed + made another logo that fits the background. Other than that I think that it would look better if the characters where closer to eachother.
