Oh, sorry. I forgot to comment. I like the background and how batman looks. I don't like the logo that much and the EA logo is sort of blending in with the background too much.
Great work, and I loved this "cutesy" version of the classic animated Batman :)
The only thing I don't quite like is the "batman forever" font for the logo. Why don't you try using an "art deco" style font, similar to the animated series official logo? Of course it's your choice in the selection of fonts, but it might look good.
