Good design. I like the layout. The template is a bit of a problem, though. The text on the back is very blurry, and the edges of the box don't line up cleanly. A few minor problems, but overall nicely done. 4/5.
I like it, but I don't think it would be rated M just for Languge and Mild Violence. You might want to change that. The text IS a little blurry and the template has some problems, as GlowBlue said, but all in all, I think that for a first box, this is good. 4/5.

The Box is nice, but my only problem is the template. Did you make this in paint? because if so, Get either Gimp or Paint.net. both are freeware. If you want to use the big guns of boxmaking, go out and buy Photoshop.
#5, It may be funny but i made it with Microsoft Word, pretty weird right? And i save i't as a file with paint .png. Using printscreen is pretty handy sometimes. The text on the back: I have to cut it, then it will become pixely. But Thanks!
