#2, what's so special about that? There are just some pictures on white background. Pretty easy to do in Paint.
I'm sure he didn't make the presentation by himself ;-), at least not in Paint xD

#3, That's what I was about to say. But it still is pretty good. He was even able to get a drops hadow over the snapshot on the back. -_- Really nice box man. For Paint.

The drop shadow is from Imandix. If I posted the plain flat image I think you would see some flaws.
