Not trying to be a jerk, honestly, but what exactly is the part with the two portal windows? It looks like maybe it folds in half as a CD sleeve... but then I see what looks like a spine through the left-most portal.
Very well-designed, as always, and I like the use of a unique colour-scheme for a BioShock box. Really stands out from the crowd! Nice job!
@GlowBlue... it's a flap, a bit like the cover of a book, so it folds onto the front. Because the porthole window on the flap is a blue colour, when you close it, the picture on the front will look blue instead of brown.
basically.. it kinda like looking from 'outside' from the ocean/sea (hence blue).. and when you open the flap.. you are 'inside' ;)
****For people who don't get the flap on my box, I've added a partially closed flap version of the box which I've uploaded in PRINTABLE (Since it's a box, and there would be no printable)
As you can see, when the flap is closed, the blue'ish porthole (plastic :)) makes the picture of Dig Daddy/Little Sister blue'ish colour and blurry... so it sort of looks like you are looking through a real porthole underwater. I did add an additional underwater reflection on the porthole window which I should have done so in the original picture... oops. :)

The Little Sister doesn't blend well with the image.
I'm not going to blame you for not cutting the hair right, though, because hair is hell to render.
