Thr whole picture is exactly the same as one you find on Google and same with the logo.
Also you haven't included PAL or anything in the top right corner.
All he has done is put the picture and logo onto a 360 template and added a rating and Rare logo.

Unfortunatley, they can't be brought back. Nintendo owns the rights to Banjo Kazooie and Microsoft owns rare.
