I know this is Paint, so try Paint.NET or GIMP, they are free and more powerful by far. This isn't on a PS3 template, so I would try and find a good one, check out the forums here for some good stuff. Your cut jobs are awful, and can improve vastly with Paint.NET. You do have some dev info and an ESRB, so it's not all bad. I don't know what's going on with the background, it looks like it's raining ash... Okay, here's some tips, since this is your first.
