I'm on a bit of a movie box kick now I guess. Now, I know this film is LONG way off and so far they haven't even announced the cast, so I had to make that up myself. Apparently Wentworth Miller is rumored to play Jack, so I used him in my box. Be sure to check out the description on the back to get the details on the rest of the cast.
I had to fake the screenshots too. Film nuts should be able to guess where #2 comes from! :)
I'll be releasing the opensource for this project soon so check back if you're interested or PM me for the link.
Holy cow Josh...
I'm going to go ahead and give this my "Coolest Thing I've Seen All Week" award, even though it's only Tuesday.
This is an fantastically creative design, and your knocked it right out of the park. And yeah, I can definitely imagine the film have the same feel and atmosphere of (film from screenshot #2).
#8, Please don't think that I'm a Megan Fox fan or anything. Since it's Gore Verbinski directing (the guy who did Pirates of the Caribbean) I tried to think which pop actress he might use to play an "exotic" dancer. Fox is about as wooden as Keira Knightly and slightly more popular right now (I hate you, Transformers) so I figured she'd be a likely choice.
It's strange, I wouldn't say I'm interested in such a movie, especially one with Wentworth Miller and Megan Fox (however Christina Ricci, KK Simmons, Klaus Badelt and this still from Dark City are great touches!) but this artwork could persuade me to look into it :) Amazing design.
#9, oh, no, i wouldn't care if you were or anything, i mean, i would too, but i'd be annoyed if they had her in a movie like this, just like the rest of us.
This is an amazing representation of a realistic Bioshock movie.
I say that because it resembles Bioshock in hardly any way at all. That's not to say that this wasn't skillfully done, but I think it's lacking on almost every front possible, and this is the main reason why fake video game movie boxes are almost always bad, because it's a picture of Max Payne using an image of Keanu Reeves from The Matrix.
It's not believable, is what I'm saying. That's my big beef with it. It just doesn't retain the style of Bioshock, which is a huge part of what makes it so great.

Feel free to download and examine the file and use elements for your own project. I only ask that you don't upload a Biohock Movie box that is simply a modified version of this one. Use the resources to enhance your own art projects and credit me out of courtesy please. Thanks!

Holy fu©kforward.
That's a pretty stimulating cast.
Christina Ricci as Tenenbaum makes me LOL too.
Great job on everything except at first glance, I don't get Bioshock, but more Dr. Who. Regardless, I can't complain about this. It's damn good.

Looks good, but i don't like that you used the same Big Daddy render at front and the back.

5/5 and faved!

the cover itself isn't very good, but it's the idea and how it comes together that makes this cool.

this is totally epic

#22, Elaborate on "isn't very good" please. I'm curious to know what you think is poorly done.

#24, The back mainly. The text, layout and template.
