I was inspired to make an Okami box after Ayron posted his box on VGBA a few days ago. Shortly after I finished v2 of my FF XIII box, I was looking for ideas for my next project. I wanted to continue using my watercolor technique in some way.
When a Okami box showed up in the Latest additions, I thought it was the perfect project to work on. Even though I never got the chance to play the game and know next to nothing about it, I wanted to make a box for it.
It may not be as flashy or exiting as the other Okami boxes on VGBA, but I think it turned out pretty good. The front cover is a simple scene showing where Amaterasu meets Issun. (I read about the story to get a general idea about the game.)
For this box I used absolutely no renders or official art from the game and instead, made them myself. The only thing that is official are the screenshots. It was pretty hard mimicking sumi-e, but I got through it somehow.
Credits?
Okami Character designs (c) Clover studio and Capcom?
Photoshop brushes (c) whoever made them (don’t remember where I got them).
Everything else designed by me.

I appreciate all of the comments I received so far.
I uploaded this late last night so I made a few small errors on the box.
V2 is up.
1) Fixed minor details.
2) Much larger resoulution.
3) Made the display setup less boring.
