I created this for a game company job application (that I didn't get but they really liked this design).
It has the key Mafia Wars colors, a couple elements borrowed from the MW wallpaper (part of the background, bullet holes and Zynga logo, albeit edited).
The NYC skyline was from a photo - massively edited - and the guy on the right was from stock art, tweaked a whole bunch and massively edited (including a new tie mirrored on the guy on the left).
The guy on the left (me) was a quick photo with a digital camera and was not wearing a tie or carnation.
The guns are mirrored and, with the bullet holes form a "W" in the middle.
