15th Box! All right the toilet is choppy but Paint.net isn't the best rendering tool. I worked pretty hard on this but then again you probaly won't think that. The background was made by me along with part of the logo which is off of a alternate Sonic CD logo. Tell me if I should make a back. I'll be able to describe the game well. Enjoy this 15th box!The Adults Only ESRB looked big on Paint.net

It would be alot better if you deleted that hegehog shaped white figure behind Sonic and move the logo up.
And why Adults Only? Early Childhood fits in much better!

Okay..... Random... Anyways, the Background is boring blue, the logos are choppy, and its blurry, plus the logos don't contrast well.

The background is like a sign for the bathroom at a resturant.

What does Cerium have to say about this one? I actually find it funny, the render of Sonic fits.
I would scrap your idea for the background. It's kinda clever, but the way you did it doesn't read well.
