It's looking good, but there are issues with the makeup.
You mix the fontsize and the alignment too much. Left, right, centered... You don't care much about consistent spacing between text and screenshots.
As for the logo: I guess the other one, without any image in the back would be better, because you could make the title of the game bigger and more prominent. Right now it's smaller as the headline on the back and that's weird, since the title sure is something important!
While Im at it: I think you should remove a bit from the "green tone" on the backs background, to make it more fitting to the one on the front. And the blue Screenshot is WAY too small. It's rather useless that way.

My only complaint it that the reflection doesn't match up. Otherwise this is a fantastic first box. :)
