Last September I bought Mario Kart for my Nintendo 64, which I only found out I had around a month or two before. Tried the game, turned out the part which connects to the aerial (I forget what it's called) had corroded. That was a waste of my £5.99.
Almost a year later I had a strange idea that somehow worked, by fixing the console with blu-tac, of all things! MK64 is still the only game I have for it, I'm looking into getting more (probably only Mario as you'll know if you've seen my boxes that I'm sort of a fan boy!), but for now, I made a box for it because it came cartridge only.
I'm planning on putting it into a VHS case. Comments and critique please, and favs if you think it's worthy! :)

How did you not know you had a Nintendo 64?

Well...a few years ago (probably around 2005), before I was interested in gaming, we were at my uncle's house for a party, and he gave me something. I have vague memories of this, but I was quite young (don't panic, I'm nearly 15, not an underage user!).
Last year was the first time I really understood what it was like to be a gamer. I'd always hated Mario, but this time last year I bought Mario Kart Wii which completely turned my life around, no joke.
I told my mum sometime in August last year that I wished I had an SNES and was going to look for one on eBay. Then she told me she thought there was one in the garage.
I couldn't contain my excitement, and went straight to the cupboard, pulled out a cardboard box and opened it, only to find not a Super Nintendo but a Nintendo 64!
Turns out that's what was in the box my uncle gave me. I also have vague memories of him giving me a Pokémon game that same night, but it wasn't a handheld one from what I recall, so perhaps Stadium was my first Nintendo game? Who knows, I don't even know for certain that he gave me a game.

But anyhoo, I love my Nintendo 64 now and play this game everyday! Thanks for comments and favs!
