i like it it feels very dark, except for the logo to me it seems a little too bright for the pic IMO. 4/5

Can you take the brush filter off? so it feels more authentic, slick 4/5.

I added the brush effect becuase I thought that it would give the art a more dark/bloody feel to it. But sure I can tone is down a bit. Thanks for the comment :)

I like it. It shows the game's true hero, Dr. Salvidor. Seriously, though, it looks amazingly better than the final product.
