5 months later, I return to make boxes: The 3rd Birthday 3D, a game coming soon to PSP.
Temp and Cart by Me.

Welcome back to boxarting. I like the front but you could have done more with the text and screens at the back. I would have preferred the original temp, anyway, good job.

I think this box would benefit from some contrast. The front seems too red to me. I think it would look better if the background was a little darker, and the foreground was a little lighter. I think the back is suffering from something similar. It needs more going on in the background. I would suggest having the buildings take up more and darkening them up a touch.

Update, made my own logo, fixed the contrast and change the screens.

Maybe make the Square Enix logo a little smaller and add a drop shadow?

The hexagons over the screenshots are distracting. If you're set on keeping them, lowering the opacity would be for the best.
The rest looks pretty nice though, I like the layout it's just the hexagons that are bugging me.

5 & 6, consider it fixed.

I love the front. It may benefit from a less tinted render of the girl, but seriously i love it. But the back just isn't working for me, mostly because of the placement of screenshots.

I doubt it's coming to PSP, cause it cannot display 3D.
Anyways, it could be a lot better. the 3D in the back looks like 30. everything it too close on the edges, the rating is missing the description, wrong template and if this is supposed to be a personal one: IT's UGLY, because everything seems squeezed!, etc.

Another late update, used a newer (closer to the real) template, and redid the back.

This cover design is absolutely brilliant! I really like how it stays true to the original PSP cover and effectively blends screenshots with the blood-red background for visual interest!
The typography on the back cover looks very detailed and professional too! If this was the cover for a 3DS port, I would definitely buy it in a game shop!
