This is a piece I started working on almost exactly half a year ago and never got around to finish it.
Last night I decided to pick it up again and been working on it heavily since.
Driven by music, I made a boxart heavily focussed on lighting, coloring and somewhat poetry.
It's like when you turn on the music and let the music guide your flow of design, it's amazing.
I am really wanting to go towards a direction where picture art can express emotion and passion.
It's like I'm on a trip. There's a haze over the entire thing that I don't like as it dulls the colors, but this is really unique for a Mass Effect box. Good job.
Thanks for the feeback! I'll start working on my next box pretty soon, so expect more of these kind of boxes. I'm taking every comment, wheter positive or negative to heart. It does help when working on a new box.
#7, I'm glad that some people do notice I like to put in some extra effort for the small detail. That's really all the fun in doing this, it's like an imaginary playground where your options are limitless.
