It's not bad, but not necessarily great either. Some things need work:
1) Firstly, the blurriness is a noticeable issue on the front. I assume you made this design choice to give a sense of speed, since it's Sonic and all. However, Sonic (either) is in a stationary position, and makes the background look less like it's flying by in a blur, and more like it's just really damn blurry. I'd either find new renders of Sonic, or go with a more traditional background.
2) A couple little things about the front. Classic and Modern Sonic are a little too close to each other, and the ring around Modern's finger looks out of place.
3) Blurriness is still an issue on the back, this time with the screenshot borders. Using rings isn't a bad idea, but they could be cleaned up, and have more of a circular shape.
4) Classic Sonic looks pretty lonely in the middle of that image. Maybe throw a couple enemies or another image of Modern Sonic in there with him. And while you're at it, a drop shadow would be a better suit over an outer glow.

I'm having trouble finding any images, rendered or not, of the 2 sonic models used in this game running, could someone possibly point me to a link? again, thanks for the adivce!
