#4 is trying to say instead of combining multiple pics in said square shaped screenshots, try blending them together to produce coherency and it will look much better. that said delete the white bg on the sega logo

Judging by Sonic7's mastery of the English language, I'd be willing to bet that the "7" in his name is his age.
Paintshop (Pro?) is just as capable as Photoshop. Study layer usage, as well as gradients and different types of layers. Don't be afraid to experiment.
