Forgive me if I'm a bit hard on you. I'm a huge fan of the Cell Games saga, and I'll try to be very constructive.

1.The font for "THE CELL GAMES" is too basic and blends in too much.

2.Cell is in first form. If this is the cell games, he should be perfect Cell.

3.ESRB logo too large and too in the corner. should have a small border of the box art on all sides.

4.Bandai logo too big. Also, in the Dreamcast era, Atari would be publishing Dragon Ball games.

5.19 and 20 aren't in the Cell Games saga.

6.Piccolo doesn't really fit in.

7.Why isn't Gohan on here? He's the most important character of the entire saga.

If you're just going for an Android and Cell Sagas vibe, you can ignore 2 and 5. However, if this is the case, I would have called it something different, such as "Attack of Cell" or "Terror of Cell."

Sorry if I was a bit hard on you. Overall, I think it's about a 6.5/10, but with a little extra work, it could be a 9.
