The back is pretty well done, I see a few spots on the front that could be better though. The top of Thor and Iron Man fade off so unless there's a good excuse for that it's not good looking. Hawkeye and Black Widow are a little weird in size to each other and it's difficult to tell who ends where and stuff.
I'm not too sold on the layout of the front either. Coleman and Fury seem tossed in there to fill space. This has got some good potential but the front is lacking.
