the result of HOURS of work, i have (hopefully) achieved Metal Gear Solid 4, with the old school MGS2 look.
This is my new favourite box.
I only wish i could put it into 3D >:( damn sony and their wierd shaped box.

Hey guys the reason Wicked went with the outdated stuff is because it's supposed to be in the retro style of MGS2 and its akin to that.
Looks awesome Wicked 5/5, the red is quite annoying on his
face but its suppose to be like that.

#12, not gonna happen. I'd have to completely re-do the box just to make it 3D, and because being in 3D doesn't change the quality of the box.

The back cover's background needs something more than lines and the color grey. The way you laid out the screenshots to make a "4" is pretty cool, though... Wait, you did mean for it to look like that, right? :P
Like said before, the style of this is just something I cannot relate to, but I'll give you credit, anyway.

#22, i created this not in realism, but for fun. i WANTED it to look like the MGS2 box. i know konami would never just use the same 'ol art for a new game.

and just so you all know, i made the entire thing from SCRATCH! the only material i got from other sources are the screens themselvse, the old konami logo, and the template.
that means i put a ton of effort into it, instead of just taking the MGS2 box and changing the numbers as it may seem at first glance.

!UPDATE!
this is how i'm doing my PS3 boxes from now on.
i made the blu-ray box temp from scratch using Dragontear's for reference.
so this is what my Heavenly Sword update will look like as well.
to me, this is better than 2D.

i like it because it is 3D, but still is able to be looked at in a 2D form. you know what i mean? i give you l-5l/5 (the absolute value of -5 out of 5 really equals 5/5, so i just gave you the best score possible incase you didn't know) ;)
