Not horrible, but could use some work. =) Did you use MS Paint? Anyways here's some things you could fix; Link looks stretched, Fill in Sonic's eye where it's transparent, try using Paper Mario backgrounds instead of solid colors, try to make the character styles match. If you fix those, you should have a decent box! =]

Ok and i did use MS Paint, but I also used Paint.NET to size out the pictures.

Yeah, I was kind of wondering what sonic was doing there. Also, try keeping the characters closer together. You just have a bunch of floating renders everywhere.
