First case I guess, went for a barebones style design. The idea was, why not take this hilarious duo and give them a game? I personally think It'd be okay to develop, but god I hate the Kinect.

The box is alright, but the back's a little text heavy. I'd say minimize the text on the back, and maybe make it more aesthetically pleasing. A wall of plain blue text isn't necessarily the best looking thing in a design.
This definitely has potential, though. I like the simplicity of the front, and how you decided to divide the main characters to their own respective side of the box. But Panty needs to be zoomed out so you can see her full face.
Also, I'm assuming the only template you could find is one with Kinect? If so, might want to check the resource section of the site. I'm sure there is some good ones.

I actually added the Kinect logo on the template. It was all before I went against it
