This is NOT how you upload covers.
Gosh, sometimes it's so hard to be nice.
Those are all far too low-res. You need to get high-res files. Do not download Low-Res thumbnails.
Give credits for the templates.
I do not even know where to begin...
I suppose you use MS Paint?
Yeah. Scrap that.
Use Gimp or Paint.Net.
They are both bad, but not as bad as MS Paint.
And then... at least TRY to understand this website. This is NOT how you upload things!

I think I do not have to explain to you what you did wrong, because it's visible to everyone who is not retarded as hell.
Check other boxes for inspiration, check White Wolfs and Bastarts and Martiniii Box Arts to at least UNDERSTAND Box Art Design.

Additionally, why would you upload this in the PC Section? There's not a single PC Game there!
You upload a Cover ONE AT A TIME, and ONE A DAY, to ensure quality. You upload 3 a day in one image and surprise, there's no quality.

You are making me sick. How many times do I have to tell you? I just started on this site, and I tried my best. Again, I don't know how to use photoshop. I'm trying to adjust to it. So I take what I can get.

There 3 things you need to get into your head.
1) Why are you bothering a rookie?
2) Why are you being rude? You having a bad day or something?
3) If you don't like the covers that i'm doing, then why are you looking at them?!
Riddle me that!!

Bothering a Rookie?
Seriously, anyone with a brain can figure out that this is not the right way to upload a box.
Gosh.

As mentioned by aldimon here, these should really be submitted as 3 separate submissions, instead of being thrown together like this.

I know you're new here, so I'll explain the reasoning: it's due to the search and tagging system, plus to basically showcase one of your pieces at a time.

Other thing is, the resolution of these boxes. I would suggest working on these boxes in GIMP at least, which has elements similiar to Photoshop and is free (if you cannot acquire Photoshop). MS Paint isn't a design program to do such a job. It's more so made for drawing pixels and oekaki.

That makes a lot more sense. I'm starting to see what your saying. So the picture can't create better resolution because of the stuff i'm putting in their.

@spiderman882012 The resolution has more so to do with the program. MS Paint tends to ruin the quality upon save (especially as a .jpeg — you tend to get better with .png, but file size is greater).

The resolution of the pictures, also depends on the quality you found them at. MS Paint is pretty linear and a program like GIMP or Photoshop allows you to work in layers, so you can rearrange and move things about with it being permanently fixated in the one place you left it.

@spiderman882012 I should also add that when you're resizing when it comes to any program, never ever scale the image any larger. It adds non-existant pixels and thus makes the image look blurry and in bad quality. Only scale down or leave at it's original size and be sure to hold shift on your keyboard while resizing in order to keep the proportions in scale, so the item is not too stretched in one direction or another (I can see in the TMNT one you stretched it vertically too much, so it became distorted).

@lucidhalos I draw on paper, and I've been doing this for years, and i still haven't improved but I just finished a more clean picture.

I know you're new to this, so i would just recommend not uploading till you get a lot better, i know you're just getting started and my first stuff wasn't any better but until you watch some beginners tutorials for some better software like photoshop or at least Paint.NET to make them look a lot less low resolution and squished, i would also recommend learning at the VERY least how to to have black boxes around everything and how to make text stand out before submitting, im not trying to be rude but these are really bad and im not entirely sure you're not just trolling us.

But yeah that's my recommendation, get yourself something like photoshop (or paint.net if you don't want to buy or pirate photoshop) and watch some beginners tutorials to learn how to use it, then just keep on making stuff and trying to improve my learning and watching and trying more stuff, and don't upload anything on the main site untill you do, if you don't want to upload somewhere, use the WIP thread on the forum - link

"list down a few flaws i can fix"

Alright, here we go.

1)DOWNLOAD EITHER PAINT.NET OR GIMP

Trust me when I say this is the biggest step towards improving your boxart. MS Paint is a terrible tool for boxarts and artwork in general.

2)Upload one box at a time

Pretty self-explanatory.

3)Never use fan-art besides your own without the permission of the original artist.

It's unprofessional and lazy.

4)Get better fonts

You can find them at dafont.com and other websites like this.

5)Use high-res images

Low-res images resized to be bigger creates non-existent pixels, causing it to look ugly. It's kind of like upscaling a 240p video to 1080p.

6)Don't change aspect ratio when resizing

Once again it causes it to look ugly as sin.

7)Be conservative when it comes to logos

You don't need 3 logos on the front of the box.

Keep at it and you'll get better over time.

Well he did ask us not to be rude. And who are we to deny that request? He is only a rookie after all. It's not his fault he doesn't have a single idea what he's doing.

Your so good at using official art, adding blurry text, and unrendered logos! Ahem, my opinion is using Google to search up how to use paint.net or GIMP.
