Sorry, but I just can't bring myself to give this anything above 0%, as it is the official artwork, but streched, mutated, blurred and generally buggered up. The template makes me want to puke and smack someone in the eye, as it cannot be passed off as any template even relating to the Dreamcast. Crap SEGA logo, and Dreamcast never had ESRB ratings. Bad.
