Thing of beauty. I love the colors here, the structure of the back is really really good and the implementation of the screenshots perfect.
Really smart design choices everywhere I look.
Mind PM me a printable? Would actually replace my copy of Lion King with this.
And change the Tag to "blockbusters" with an s in the end ;)

Thanks, and is there a template I can find for the printable? I am not sure how long the front, back and spine need to be :l

I'm loving the bright colors on the front. I personally don't really like the faded banner with the stills. I know what you tried to achieve, but I dislike the shadow on the left of the back (it clashes with the high contrast of the front) I think it would look better without it. The rest looks solid ;)

For the back I really wanted relate to the story of the movies, and show how what happens when simba returns. Almost like the front is the first half of the movie (everyone is celebrating simba's birth and simba is finding his place in the land). And the back is the second half when Simba comes back home only to find it overun by hyenas and scar as the king. Sure I missed the middle of the movie but there is only so much you can fit onto a boxart :)

@Deathmania Well, it was more on a personal design-wise point of view, rather than what you've explained above story-wise, so I guess you're right on that part ;)
