Solid, specially for a first, there's a few things that might help you out in the future. Specially with a design like this you want to ensure there's enough 'breathing room' for your content. Both the hands come so close to the edge is rather distracting imho.
The edge on both top outside corners of the box blends in with the background presentation, it's better in full view but it still is a hard to read edge. The text on the spine is really hard to read, as is the Xbox 360 logo. I do feel that - specially since the 360 logo is on there - you could easily have put the Assassin's crest emblem thingy on the box as well.
