It's nice. It does seem very futuristic to be a box for just Xbox. If it were 360 or Xboner then I could've seen why. I love the orange theme for the box. It complements the Chief's colours well.
The screenshot on the right wasn't for Halo 2 (that was for H3). Well done :)
My only problem with the cover is that Chief is holding an Assault Rifle but that's just me being nitpicky. Overall it's great and the template you used for the box looks really clean. Good job.
