This looks nice. I feel like you could have done more on the back though in terms of color at least. You could have borrowed some of the colors from the logo and bring it to the back. Even as a simple frame behind the text would have made a drastic impact. It's neatly put together though.
I'm glad you were able to touch up the front more to make it more fitted. Did seeing the clipping masks help you visualize how they work better?

Colour looks better here than your WiP version. Good job choosing images in which the characters are lit from the same side. The text on the back could use some colour too maybe, and maybe a more interesting font. I would shrink it down slightly so that it doesn't overlap with the characters in your background image. (I really like that image btw!) The front side logo looks awkward without any transparency to it, especially the "HD Remaster" graphic, try cutting out as much of the water and the white space as possible with quick select or magic wand (assuming you're using PS). Maybe use a slight feather so you don't expose any harsh edges. I like how you changed the legal text so I know your attention to detail is there and you're totally capable of this! Very nice concept! Look forward to seeing more from you.
