Completely honest here...
1) Metallic*
2) You're using a 3DS template but the back advertises it as a Game Boy Color Game
3) Low quality images, REALLY low quality images.
4) Back is lazy, looks like you just took the back of one of the old boxes.
5) Logo looks incomplete without the "Metallic Crystal" below the Pokemon logo.
6) No ESRB rating or other logos on the front
7) The side on the back is noticeably cut short, I'm not sure but I believe the side of the front is as well
Overall it just looks lazy, horribly lazy. At the very least you should have been able to find good quality images to work with. Everything honestly looks like you found the worst possible source image and edited everything in Paint.
Yes I'm being pretty brutal here, but it's the truth. This has got to be one of the worst I've seen in a while just in terms of overall quality.

thanks im not mad about your honesty and im kinda happy you said everything but again its my first try and im trying to get into box art
i really need help though as you can see xD but yea i just need help and im new to it

My first piece of advice would be to search for a program called GIMP.
I'm going out on a limb but I'm thinking you made this with MS Paint or something similar. GIMP is like a free Photoshop so it'll be a good step forward if you've got something decent to edit with.
Second piece of advice is find better images/templates. Grab something from the Resources for the box. As for the images that go into that template, a good rule to follow is to never use anything if you have to increase it's size. Bigger is better when it comes to images.
Lastly, pay a visit to the forums. You can get a lot more help there than people will care to give through comments. Keep working at it.
