Pretty good idea for a first box, but there's a few things that could really help it along.
On the front, I'd recommend removing the border, or if you think it should be there, remove the part on the sides and leave it only on the top and bottom. Make it a darker color, even if it's just a darker shade of green. I'd also recommend a texture overlay on the gray part, but under the logo.
On the back, for this box I'd say to add an official looking legal text and a little something to make it tie into the front more.
Overall it's not bad but there's room for improvement and I'm interested please in seeing what's next from you.

Basically, this. When you're making a box, make sure you're not simply using wallpapers and slapped them on a box. There's nothing wrong with using them, but at least try to edit them in some form or another to make it interesting. And also, try to post your stuff on the WiP forums if you need help when making your stuff, trust me, it's very helpful.
