Um, yeah, this could be massively improved, to say the least.
First things first, don't use Paint to make boxarts, it's really not the software to use, since it has so many limitations. You should download programs like Paint.NET or Gimp, they are free, it doesn't take much space in the HDD, and you can find various tutorials on the forums. Which brings me to my next point, when you're making a new box, try posting it on the forums, more specifically the Works in Progress Forums. You can post your boxes there, and then people can try and help you to make good boxarts.

As for the box itself, there's really not much to talk about. Firstly, there's that HUGE white unnecessary space that takes most of the image, you have to remove that. Secondly, there isn't really a definition between back and front, it's just a black background. You should look out over here some better templates to use on the box, and you should also get high quality, rendered logos to use. When you're making a box you shouldn't use just unedited wallpapers, especially when they are massively cropped like the one you have there, if you're going to use Paint.NET, while resizing an image, keep the left shift key pressed on your keyboard so you when you resize it, doesn't look bad and stretched.

I hope that you could understand this and take it into account when you're making another box. Sorry if I seemed too mean on my comment, it really isn't my intention.
