I feel like this is really lazy.

If you've done some reading up about the actual N64 cancellation of GTA, it was supposed to be a PS1 port. This logo wasn't introduced into GTA III, so you should have used the original logo.

There's much else to say really because it is just a black background with incredibly low quality images on there.
