Rez is a rhythm shooter released in 2001 for the Dreamcast, and ported to the PS2 in 2004.
The game is rhythm game where every action you perform plays a beat or musical sample, meaning you actively contribute to the game's soundtrack. This game actually has no sound effects, with the game simply being set to electronic music, and the actions of the enemies, player, and the surroundings adding to the soundtrack.
Rez is rather infamous for the PS2 peripheral made for it, the Trance Vibrator. According to developers, it was meant to extend the gameplay experience beyond the aural and visual into the feeling of touch. It would vibrate with every player action, with vibration much stronger than what the DualShock 2 would output. I don't think I need to explain what people did with it.
This box was going to be a slipcase for a more standard case, but I hated how that case was going and I had a lot of trouble coming up with a back for it.

Favorited because of the glitchy effects. I couldn't manage to do a box like this easily, so it impresses me
