To be honest, the back looks half-arsed, maybe have more text, bigger screenshots with frames and less empty space on the front. ;)

Sorry for this, but I think it's pretty bad.
The Lugia should be bigger and maybe use a different image, the logo looks cheap as heck too. The wallpaper is just a simple Google search, I'm sure of it.
The back, oh dear. The text doesn't even make sense! You do not speak English do you? The gameplay images look just, pasted there. Try adding borders. It feels a bit empty too, and Trainers Red and Leaf don't have a sense of existence (Like they are just floatong)
Some tips: Try making your own wallpapers, even if they are just 2 or more wallpapers combined by lowering the opacity, it will look better. Try making the logo less spacious, there is too much space between words. Also, about colors, try to brighten them up, Pokemon games tend to have bright tones in their covers, look at Pokemon moon.
The back just looks empty overall, put more stuff in there. Try using a different font.

Thanks for the feed back but i had to use a really crappy photo editor to make it, but I still make use of the tips. :) (btw, some of the words got deleted.)
