There is some good initial design and layout skills here but it feels held back by your knowledge of your program. Have a look at a couple of tutorials on youtube for effects and such. The best start is trying to replicate that WWE 2K cover style, which you've almost got with the front, also use your games as references of what effects are used. A lot of potential :)
